Product Description
Spray-applied quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a kind of waterproof, anti-seepage, anti-corrosion and protective coating with excellent performance, which is prepared by using a special process and combining ultrafine, suspended and microemulsified modified anionic emulsified asphalt and synthetic polymer (component A), and then mixing and reacting with special curing agent (component B). In short, the main components of spray-applied quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof material are composed of more than two kinds of high-performance modified emulsified rubber asphalt and chemical coagulation accelerator, and it is a two-component system with the characteristics of rapid initial setting and coagulation.

The construction spraying of spray-type products is completed by using special spraying equipment. At normal temperature, the two components of this product are sprayed and atomized through two nozzles through pipelines respectively, and are mixed at high speed. The material instantly forms a film after being sprayed onto the base surface. The spraying efficiency is high, labor is saved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
1.Base treatment: The base layer should be clean, solid, free of floating ash, oil stains and sundries, and the surface flatness meets the requirements of relevant specifications
2.Coating construction: The distance between the spray gun and the sprayed base surface should be 600-800mm. A 1.5mm-2mm thick coating can be completed by spraying 4-5 times continuously in a crosswise manner at one time.
Installation Instructions
1. The distance between the spray gun and the sprayed base surface should be 600-800mm. The spraying angle with the base surface should be 90°. The spraying thickness should be 1-2mm.
2. The construction ambient temperature should be 5-35ºC. Construction is not allowed on rainy days, snowy days, or when the wind force is above level 4.
3. During spraying, the phenomenon of water precipitation on the surface of the rubber film and the appearance of blisters for exhaust and drainage are normal. They will naturally disappear after drying and will not affect the adhesive force.
4. The curing time shall not be less than 24 hours.
